BENEFITS OF GLUTE BRIDGES
You may have seen people in the gym doing glute bridges and wondered to yourself, HOW? WHY? and What does it do?!
Well, let me start with the HOW.
A glute bridge is when you lie on your back with your knees bent at 90 degrees with your heels dug firmly into the floor.
Your feet should be hip-width apart and you need to be pulling your belly button into the floor to keep your back safe from injury and to really lock in your core for optimum results.
You also need to keep your glutes activated by clenching them.
