Chocolate Strawberry protein shake = The best combo!
Breakfast smoothies are always my go to in the morning. I love how convenient, easy and tasty they are plus they keep me full until snack time comes around. Win, Win for this busy mumma!
- 1 heaped tablespoon of Vanilla Happy Way
- 1 teaspoon of Cacao powder
- 1 Tablespoon of old fashioned oats
- A handful of strawberries ( fresh or frozen )
- 250-300mls of unsweetened almond milk
- Add all ingredients
- Blend! I use my Nutri Ninja but any blender should do the trick.
