Choc Mint Overnight Oats
Oats are such a versatile food. They are also so good for us. I love making oats but often find its a lot of work on a busy morning. So I’ve given overnight oats a go and oh my gosh! Best Idea Ever!!! They are easy, cheap and it’s so quick to just pull them out and serve! Definitely a winner in my house.
These overnight oats are super easy to make and only take 2 minutes to put together with only 3 ingredients. Okay, so you’ll want to get a container or a jar that has a lid (glad wrap works well too) All you need to do is mix all the ingredients together.
Mix until well combined and pop it into the fridge and let it sit overnight.
1 teaspoons of Protein powder (I used HappyWay Cacao mint)
1/2 Cup of Old fashioned oats
3/4 Cup of Unsweetened almond milk
- Combined all ingredients in a jar or container.
- Mix all ingredients so mixture is combined well.
- Place mixture in the fridge and leave in overnight.
- Add toppings in the morning or when you are ready to eat.
- Served cold.
Banana, Blue berries, Strawberries
