1 Cup of raw Cashews
12 Medool dates
Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence or 1 tablespoon of vegan vanilla happy way protein powder
1 tablespoon of rice malt syrup
Pinch of salt
You’ll need a food processor for this recipe
Blend Cashews and dates, rice malt syrup, Vanilla protein powder and a pinch of salt.
Place mixture in a bowl, Divide and roll 8 amazing balls.
Place in the fridge to chill.
