Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

If you’re a fan of caramel then these tasty bliss balls should be on your to-do list. They taste as good as they look! There’s no need to buy pre-made bliss balls at the local health shop. They are SO easy to make yourself and save money at the same time.

 


Ingredients

1 Cup of raw Cashews
12 Medool dates
Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence or 1 tablespoon of vegan vanilla happy way protein powder
1 tablespoon of rice malt syrup
Pinch of salt

You’ll need a food processor for this recipe


Method

Blend Cashews and dates, rice malt syrup, Vanilla protein powder and a pinch of salt.
Place mixture in a bowl, Divide and roll 8 amazing balls.
Place in the fridge to chill.
