1 Cup of cashews
1 Cup of shredded coconut
2 Tablespoons of honey
1 Tablespoon of water
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla protein powder I used Happyway
Optional Pumpkin seeds, Chia seeds
1. Add all dry ingredients into a food processor and blend.
2. Add all wet ingredients and blend until all combined.
3. Roll mixture into small tablespoon-size balls.
4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
