What are vanilla bliss balls?
I don’t know about you but when I get those sweet cravings in the afteroon I want something that is quick, easy and delicious. That’s where the vanilla honey bliss balls come to the rescue because they only take a few minutes to make. They are the perfect snack if your busy mum, running errands or in between meals and need something to snack on.
Bliss balls are a simply easy snack because they typically only take about 10 minutes to prepare with minimal ingredients. They are the perfect 3pm energy boosting snack to help get you through the day.
One thing I love most about making bliss balls is they are just so easy! The processer does most of the work.
Let’s get to it!
INGREDIENTS you will need
1 Cup of cashews
1 Cup of shredded coconut
5 Medjool Dates
2 Tablespoons of honey or rise malt syrup for a healthier alternative
1 Tablespoon of room temperature water
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla protein powder I used a vanilla protein powder from Happyway
Optional extras: You could add Pumpkin seeds or Chia seeds
Step 1. In a processor add the cashews and dates and blitz for aprox 15-20 seconds.
Step 2: Add in the shredded coconut, protein powder and blitz for another 10 seconds.
Step 3. Add all wet ingredients honey, water and blend until all ingredients are combined.
Step 4. Spoon the mixture into your palm and roll into small tablespoon-size balls.
Step 5. Store the bliss balls in an airtight container and pop them in the fridge for up to a week.

If the dates are to hard and dry, soak them in hot water for 5 minutes before blending them.
